The closer one is to said person, the deeper a connection, the more opens this window of pure exceptional beauty like no other. If a person's true beauty stems from their being - glimpses of intent - Their soul so to say.. Then the eyes must truly be the most beautiful there are.

If we explore the lore, myths & stories of old - Eyes have been known to be a symbol of Wisdom, Honesty, Fate, while also unveiling sinister thoughts of Malevolence, Trickery & Deceit.
